That is the service.

This page exists because trust is not a claim a provider gets to make about itself. It is a conclusion a buyer reaches after reading commitments specific enough to be held against the provider later. Everything below is stated in those terms.

Accountability

Every service period has a named service delivery manager and a named deputy signer. Judgment calls are attributable to a person, not to a queue. Where a decision made on a client's behalf proves wrong, the reasoning is retrievable and the remedy is defined in the agreement rather than negotiated afterwards.

Boundaries

What the service will not do is published alongside what it will. Authority limits, action classes and escalation paths are agreed in writing before go-live and are not expanded silently because a platform released a new capability.

Evidence

Acceptance and rejection decisions both carry retained rationale. Discarded findings remain retrievable for the stated retention period. Audit and regulator requests are answered from the standing record, not reconstructed on request.

Commitments that constrain the provider, not the client.

Any provider can publish aspirations. The following are limitations that cost something to honour, which is what makes them worth reading.

No silent authority expansion

No action class is exercised without prior written client approval for that specific class, regardless of platform capability.

No accountability for uncontrolled paths

Where execution sits inside a third-party platform rather than under ARLLYX control, higher-tier autonomy is not offered. Responsibility is not claimed where it cannot be exercised.

No client data used to train models

No product-contingent advice

Assessment findings are not tied to any product recommendation, and advisory fees are not offset against product margin.

No undocumented dismissal

A finding closed without retained rationale is a service defect, treated as such internally, and reportable to the client.

Structure disclosed, not discovered.

ARLLYX Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated private limited company. Service delivery in the current phase involves a subcontracting arrangement with a related channel entity, disclosed in contracting documentation, with related-party pricing independently benchmarked and conflicted decisions subject to board recusal.

Disclosing this openly is deliberate. Procurement teams at regulated buyers find these structures during due diligence regardless. A structure explained upfront is a governance strength; the same structure discovered late is a credibility loss that no later explanation recovers.
